Privacy Policy

What we collect

  • Account data — your email address, via our sign-in provider (Kinde).
  • Usage data — the content you create in the app and server logs (requests, timestamps, IP addresses) kept for security and debugging.
  • Billing data — handled by Stripe. Card numbers never touch our servers; we store only your Stripe customer id and subscription status.

What we don't do

We don't sell your data, we don't share it with advertisers, and we don't use third-party ad or tracking networks.

Cookies

We use only functional cookies: your session (staying logged in) and CSRF protection. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Service providers

We rely on a small set of processors to run the service: Kinde (authentication), Stripe (payments), and Amazon Web Services (hosting). Each receives only what it needs for its function.

Retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. Email support@scrambleboard.com to request deletion of your account and its data; backups age out on a rolling schedule afterwards.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we'll update the date above and note it in the app.
